The KK Sextet is a group dedicated to performing the original compositions and arrangements of saxophonist Kasey Knudsen. The music is spacious and evocative, playful and explorative. Each piece weaves improvisation into melodic and rhythmic themes which develop and morph into imaginative and alluring musical stories.
